These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") set forth the terms and conditions for using the web application "FlexRobin" (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") provided by the operator of this website (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator"). Users (hereinafter referred to as "Users") must use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
Article 1 (Applicability)
These Terms shall apply to all relationships between the User and the Operator regarding the use of the Service.
Article 2 (Overview of Service)
The Service is a web application for creating tennis match combinations (draws). It provides functionality to automatically generate optimal combinations by inputting conditions such as the number of participants and courts.
Article 3 (Management of User ID and Password)

When registering for the Service, Users shall properly manage their ID (email address, etc.) and password at their own responsibility.

Users may not, under any circumstances, transfer or lend their ID and password to a third party, or share them with a third party.

When a login is made with a combination of ID and password that matches the registered information, the Operator shall consider such use to be by the User who registered that ID. The Operator shall not be liable for any damages arising from such use.
Article 4 (Intellectual Property Rights)
Intellectual property rights for all content included in the Service (text, images, programs, code, designs, logos, etc.) belong to the Operator or legitimate right holders. Users may not reproduce, reprint, modify, or redistribute these contents without the prior consent of the Operator.
Article 5 (Prohibited Acts)
Users must not engage in the following acts when using the Service:
- Acts that violate laws, regulations, or public order and morals.
- Acts related to criminal activities.
- Acts that destroy or interfere with the functions of the Service's servers or networks (e.g., scraping, use of automation tools, sending excessive requests).
- Acts that may interfere with the operation of the Service.
- Collecting or accumulating personal information about other Users.
- Unauthorized access or attempts to do so.
- Impersonating other Users.
- Acts of providing benefits directly or indirectly to antisocial forces in connection with the Service.
- Other acts deemed inappropriate by the Operator.
Article 6 (Suspension of Service, etc.)
The Operator may suspend or interrupt the provision of all or part of the Service without prior notice to Users if the Operator determines that any of the following grounds exists:
- When performing maintenance inspections or updates on the computer system for the Service.
- When provision of the Service becomes difficult due to force majeure such as earthquakes, lightning, fire, power outages, or natural disasters.
- When computers or communication lines, etc., stop due to an accident.
- When the Operator otherwise determines that provision of the Service is difficult.
The Operator shall not be liable for any disadvantage or damage suffered by Users or third parties due to the suspension or interruption of the Service.
Article 7 (Disclaimer)

The Operator does not explicitly or implicitly warrant that the Service is free from de facto or legal defects (including defects related to safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, validity, fitness for a particular purpose, security, etc., errors, bugs, or infringement of rights).

The combinations (draws) generated by the Service are for reference only, and the Operator does not guarantee their complete fairness or safety. The Operator assumes no responsibility for any trouble (disputes due to unfairness, injuries, other damages, etc.) arising from the use of the generation results.

The Operator shall not be liable for any damages caused to Users regarding the Service, except in cases of intentional or gross negligence by the Operator.

The Operator assumes no obligation to preserve data saved by Users on the Service (draw history, player information, etc.) and shall not be liable for any data loss due to server failure or other causes. Users are responsible for backing up necessary data themselves.
Article 8 (Change of Service Content, etc.)
The Operator may change the content of the Service or discontinue the provision of the Service without notifying Users, and shall not be liable for any damages caused to Users thereby.
Article 9 (Notification and Contact)

Notifications or communications between a User and the Operator shall be made by a method determined appropriate by the Operator, such as posting within the Service or sending emails.

The Operator may send emails regarding advertisements, promotions, or announcements related to the Service to Users.
Article 10 (Amendment of Terms)
The Operator may amend these Terms at any time without notifying Users if deemed necessary. However, when amending the Terms, the Operator shall make the effective date and content of the amended Terms known by posting on the Service or by other appropriate methods. If a User starts using the Service after the Terms have been changed, such User shall be deemed to have agreed to the changed Terms.
Article 11 (Handling of Personal Information)
The Operator shall appropriately handle personal information acquired through the use of the Service in accordance with the separately stipulated "Privacy Policy".
Article 12 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Japan.

In the event of a dispute regarding the Service, the Osaka District Court shall be the exclusive agreed court of first instance.
