Privacy Policy

Article 1 (Information We Collect)

We collect the following information from users:

Article 2 (Purpose of Use)

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• To provide and operate the Service (login authentication, saving draws, displaying history, etc.)
• To respond to user inquiries
• To improve the Service, develop new features, and analyze usage
• To send important notices or emails regarding advertisements/promotions related to the Service
• To identify and refuse service to users who violate the terms or attempt to use the Service for illegal or improper purposes

Article 3 (Provision to Third Parties)

We will not provide personal information to third parties without obtaining the user's prior consent, except in the following cases:

• When required by law
• When necessary to protect human life, body, or property, and it is difficult to obtain the user's consent
• When specifically necessary to improve public health or promote the sound growth of children, and it is difficult to obtain the user's consent
• When entrusting the handling of personal information, in whole or in part, to a service provider (e.g., server hosting, Google Analytics) to the extent necessary to achieve the purpose of use

Article 4 (Use of Cookies)

The Service uses Cookies to maintain sessions, save user preferences, and analyze service usage.

In addition, to enter and display dates and times (such as registration deadlines) in your own time zone, the Service stores your browser's time zone name (for example, Asia/Tokyo) in a Cookie named "tz" and sends it to the server. This information does not identify individuals. If you choose a time zone in your profile, that choice is saved as part of your member information and takes precedence over the browser's time zone.

Users can disable Cookies through their browser settings; however, some features of the Service (such as maintaining login status) may not function properly as a result.

Article 5 (Advertising)

The Service uses third-party advertising services (such as Google AdSense).

These ad vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website or other websites.

If you choose "Essential Only" in the cookie banner, the Service shows only non-personalized ads (ads that are not based on your interests). Even then, ad vendors may use cookies and similar technologies for purposes such as frequency capping, fraud prevention, and measuring ad performance.

Users can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. Alternatively, users can opt out of a third-party vendor's use of cookies for personalized advertising by visiting www.aboutads.info.

Article 6 (Access Analysis Tools)

The Service uses "Google Analytics" to collect traffic data for service improvement.

Google Analytics uses Cookies to collect traffic data. This data is collected anonymously and does not identify individuals. Data is collected only if you accept all cookies in the cookie banner.

You can refuse the collection of this data by disabling Cookies in your browser settings. You can also disable data collection by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
